| | The Brisbane Broncos Mentoring Ambassador | | Provides support, advice and direction to the club, in matters relating to Indigenous Australians. This ambassador will be responsible for overseeing program delivery, undertaking school visits and workshops, mentoring and leadership, as well as promoting cultural awareness.

| Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs | | Bulldogs Learn Earn Legend! School to Work | | In conjunction with the Federal Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR), Bulldogs players are involved as mentors and ambassadors for Indigenous students from the Western Sydney region. The program seeks to mentor students through their final years of school and aims to assist with the successful transition of these students into further education or employment.

| North Queensland Cowboys | | The Obe Geia Challenge | | The Obe Geia challenge, a junior Rugby League carnival held on Palm Island, aims to promote harmony, healthy lifestyle choices and community partnership through the game. Its overarching aim is to break down barriers between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians. The event showcases the Island's culture to mainland visitors and invites ten junior school Rugby league teams to compete. Cowboys’ players are used as mentors and teachers, with the provision of education outcomes including truancy.

| Parramatta Eels | | The Blue and Gold Deadly Heart | | In partnership with the New England Division of General Practice, this project is aimed at primary and high school students and works to 'close the gap' between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians by improving health outcomes.

| | Try Reading | | Promotes the development of literacy and numeracy skills and focuses on education around the risk factors on chronic disease and reduced life expectancy.

| Newcastle Knights | | 100% Knights | | In partnership with the NRL, DEEWR and the Hunter Sports Group, the 100% Knights program assists and mentors Aboriginal students in the Upper Hunter Region in their final years of senior school and transition into finding a career pathway. It provides resources and support for education and employment (apprenticeship, traineeship) outcomes, as well as working towards raising cultural awareness. Using Knights players as mentors and ambassadors, 100% Knights also involves parent and caregiver engagement and links with school careers advisors. In 2012 the Knights have allocated a program manager to manage the project with the assistance of three additional Indigenous staff.

| Penrith Panthers | | Healthy Active Lifestyles - Panthers on the Prowl | | Through a mobile healthy lifestyle classroom vehicle, Panthers on the Prowl promotes the importance of a healthy diet, nutrition and physical activity. The program is delivered through schools with Panthers player involvement, targeting youth and disadvantaged groups, including low socio-economic, Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse populations.

| Manly Warringah Sea Eagles | | Yarrabah "School's Kool" | | Partnering with Pass Australia, the Sea Eagles will deliver a school attendance program which will include education on healthy living and nutrition, including a breakfast club and various academic and social rewards, to decrease truancy at school. The program is aimed at students, parents and broader community members and will also see an individual student given the unique opportunity to attend Covenant Christian School as part of a student opportunity program.

| | Cultural Immersion, Youth Leadership & Mentoring Camp | | The David Peachey Foundation along with the James Cook University (Townsville) will run a camp for local youth in Northern Queensland that aims to deliver education and employment outcomes. Sutherland Shire participants will get to experience Indigenous culture, stories and activities including bush tucker, bush medicine, rock art and history through site visitations while receiving mentoring through camp facilitators and traditional elders.

| | Endeavour Sports High School Aboriginal Mentoring (ESHS) | | Partnering with ESHS, the Sharks will deliver a mentoring program that engages and supports 60 Aboriginal students at school. An Ambassador will complement the program and provide guidance, advice and direction to participants. |

| Gold Coast Titans | | Titans Beyond Tomorrow | | In partnership with the DEEWR’s Learn Earn Legend! initiative, this program uses strong club and player involvement to deliver ‘School to Work’ outcomes. In 2012, more than 100 Year 12 students across 42 schools from South East Queensland and the Tweed River region will be mentored for six months post-school. The Titans will employ 20 trainees to offer more opportunities as part of the program.

| New Zealand Warriors | | Backyard Legends (BYL) | | Using Warriors player involvement as mentors, facilitators and role models, this program is aimed at primary school students. It involves the promotion of Rugby League in the community, and is the cornerstone program for all Community Carnival and school holiday programming.

| | Breakfast Warriors | | Delivered by NRL Development Officers and the community to promote the importance of breakfast, this program highlights the importance of nutrition and education using Rugby League as the vehicle. The 40/20 rule is implemented where 20 minutes is spent on the workbook inside and 40 minutes playing Backyard League outside. Resources will be provided including coaching lesson plans, facilitator handbook, teacher lesson plans, children workbooks, certificates, and posters.

| | League in Libraries (LIL) | | League in Libraries is a children’s writing competition to win a day at their local library with Warriors players. It aims to encourage literacy and improve education as outcomes.

| | Dream Believe Achieve (DBA) | | Using DBA DVD as a central theme this program will provide teachers with reading resources for secondary students to develop reading strategies and promotes literacy and numeracy using real life techniques and strategies by Warriors players.
